I I must say that some symptoms have completely disappeared since I
started the TWC Spring Cleanse 21 days ago. For example, I haven't had indigestion or fatigue in recent weeks. Before the spring cleanse, for the most part, I was very conscious of what I ate, made my smoothies, walked daily, and did intermittent colon cleansing. Since working from home, I have fallen into some bad habits: overeating, junk snacks, tons of deep-fried foods, eating late at night, and going straight to bed. I gained 8-10 pounds above my desired weight, and I was feeling sluggish. I plan to continue with the Phase 4 Rebuild menu as I am truly enjoying my meals, preparing and eating them.

Coach Mary made herself available to me when I was ready for a change. She is very patient and caring and I feel very safe in her hands. She promised to help me identify and overcome any obstacles (excuses) I have that keep me from getting off my backside and start moving towards reaching my goals.
